Refund and Returns Policy
At Mai Gallery Studio, each artwork is carefully created and handled with attention to detail. Due to the nature of original artwork, all sales are considered final, except in cases of damage during shipping.
1. Returns
We accept returns only if the artwork arrives damaged.
To be eligible for a return:
- The customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Clear photos of the artwork and the original packaging must be provided
- The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging
2. Refunds
Once the damage is confirmed, we will review the case and determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances. Where applicable, this may include a refund to the original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Original artworks without damage
- Custom or commissioned artworks
- Artworks damaged due to improper handling after delivery
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to damage caused during shipping.
5. Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed and processed.
