All artworks sold on this website are handmade, physical pieces created by the artist.
Because each piece is handmade, small variations in texture, color, or finish are normal and part of the artwork’s uniqueness.
2. Orders
Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled.
Please review all details carefully before completing your purchase.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Saudi Riyal (SAR) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
4. Shipping
4.1 Shipping Locations
Currently, we ship within Saudi Arabia only.
International shipping may be added in the future.
4.2 Shipping Time
Processing and shipping times vary depending on the artwork and location.
You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.
4.3 Shipping Damage
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the damage and the packaging.
Eligible orders will be reviewed for replacement or refund.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of original artwork, returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged.
We do not offer:
- Returns for change of mind
- Exchanges
- Refunds for incorrect address provided by the customer
6. Payments
This website may offer different payment methods (such as Apple Pay, credit card, bank transfer, etc.).
Available payment options will appear during checkout.
